Partnership Management Lead
About Us
We’re Littlepay – a growing fintech headquartered in Melbourne with operations in the UK, EU, LATAM, USA, Australia, and beyond. Our payments platform empowers customers to pay for public transport using any payment card, mobile wallet, or wearable device. Processing over USD 1 billion yearly across 19 countries, we’re committed to making payments smoother and more accessible worldwide.
About The Role
Littlepay is scaling through partnerships, building a global partnerships function essential to our go-to-market strategy across the UK, Europe, LATAM, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. As we enter a new growth phase, we’re evolving our partner ecosystem into a strategic, high-impact force, where partners become integral extensions of our business.
As the first dedicated Global Partnerships Manager, you will revolutionise how partnerships operate at Littlepay from the bottom up. Reporting to the Global Head of Solutions & Partnerships, you will translate strategic vision into action—building processes, momentum, and a scalable revenue-driven partner ecosystem across multiple regions. This role will allow you to collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, product, marketing, delivery) to create a simple, commercially valuable, and easy-to-engage partner roadmap.
This is a high-visibility, owner-driven role, with senior stakeholder access and meaningful influence over Littlepay’s partner positioning. As the function expands, there’s clear potential for growth in scope, impact, and responsibility—transitioning this role into leadership.
Success is measured by:
- Partner-driven pipeline generation
- Revenue contribution from partnerships
- Resilience and strength of our partner ecosystem

- Partner activation rates
- Pipeline contribution
- Revenue impact
- Engagement metrics
- Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to:
- Develop tailored strategies supporting regional growth priorities.
- Identify the right partner types, propositions, and go-to-market approaches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
