Partnership Management Lead

Global Partnerships Manager

Location: London-based (hybrid, 2 days in-office weekly) Reports to: Global Head of Solutions & Partnerships

We’re Littlepay – a fintech leader enabling seamless payments for public transport globally. Our USD 1B+ annual transaction volume across 19 countries makes us a pioneer in transactional use cases. If you’re passionate about building scaler partner ecosystems and driving growth through B2B partnerships, this is your chance to shape how we scale.

About the Role

We’re on a mission to move more people through better payment experiences. This is happening through partnerships—our new distribution and revenue channel.

As Littlepay’s first dedicated Global Partnerships Manager, you’ll:

  • Build a partnership framework from the ground up
  • Shape a global, high-impact partner ecosystem that drives commercial success
  • Become both a strategic mentor and execution capable leader, collaborating deeply with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Delivery teams.

This is a high-visibility role with direct stakeholder influence, revenue ownership, and crystal-clear growth trajectory. Early leadership of this function will give you significant responsibility to shape how Littlepay partners effectively—with opportunities to increase the partner-fit pipeline, boost revenue from partnerships, and drive global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Framework

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership framework, turning theory into reproducible processes across the entire partner lifecycle (prospecting → onboarding → activation → nps).
  • Define and track critical KPIs, such as:
    • Partner activation rate
    • Revenue contribution from partners
    • Pipeline impact and deal influence
  • Partner with Sales & Solutions to:
    • Define tailored regional strategy
    • Identify high-impact partner types and GTM routes

Partner Development, Activation & Growth

  • Identify and qualify top-tier partners in key markets, aligning with Littlepay’s growth goals.
  • Design and execute onboarding/enablement programmes, ensuring partners are technically and commercially equipped to sell and implement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to:
    • Launch scalable programmes (messaging, collateral, internal engagement)
    • Drive awareness, adoption, and market demand
  • Activate, scale, and manage pipeline for partner-driven opportunities, working closely with Sales & Delivery.
  • Monitor partner performance and develop joint opportunities into revenue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
