Location: Virginia Water, Surrey Contract: Fixed Term (Sept 2026 – Oct 2027) Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office) Industry: Golf & Sports Sponsorship
Who Are We?
The European Tour Group is one of the world’s pre-eminent golf organisations, responsible for:
- Running the DP World Tour, Staysure Legends Tour, and HotelPlanner Tour
- Organising the Ryder Cup (golf’s greatest team event) in partnership with the PGA of America
- Promoting professional tournaments across over 30 countries each year.
We’re seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to drive key sponsorship programs for some of the biggest names in golf.
About the Role
As Partnership Manager, you will:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with high-profile sponsors, ensuring sponsorship activations and contractual commitments are met.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Broadcast, Content, Digital, Media, and Championship Management teams to create integrated partner programs that maximise engagement and value.
- Oversee onsite tournament activations, ensuring seamless experiences for sponsors, brands, and attendees.
- Contribute strategically to the organisation’s global sponsorship strategy for the DP World Tour and HotelPlanner Tour.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing sponsor accounts to align with business objectives, ensuring contractual deliverables are met.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors, agencies, and internal teams—proactively addressing needs and identifying growth opportunities.
- Planning, project-managing, and delivering onsite activations for multiple tournament partners.
- Liaising with event planning and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and drive projects forward.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders to showcase partnership success.
- oversight of sponsorship-related financials, including invoicing, budget tracking, and compliance.
Who We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship or account management, preferably within sports sponsorship (previously held in a rights holder, agency, or brand role).
- Proven track record managing multiple sponsorship activations and events, preferably onsite.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful programs.
- Hands-on experience with financials, including invoicing, budgeting, and reporting in a sponsorship/marketing context.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- A capacity for international travel and occasional extended hours during peak events.
