Partnership Manager – Broker
London - Hybrid working
We are currently representing an award-winning unsecured SME lender with a competitive product suite across the UK. Currently, they have a term unsecured loan & revolving credit facility with plans to expand products into H2 2026.
Having the scope of products has enabled them to become a number 1 'go-to' for commercial brokers across the UK, creating 130% growth MoM since Jan. To cater for the demand, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team.
We’re looking for a high-performing Broker Account Manager to work on and grow our broker network — owning relationships, structuring deals, and driving results across the channel. You’ll be the go-to for introducers, but also take charge of how we build, support, and scale our partnerships function whilst bringing new brokers on to the panel through attending events & networking.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
