Partnership Manager – Hyundai Capital UK (HCUK)
Salary range: Up to £65k plus bonus (15% on-target earnings)

About the Role
This is a tremendous opportunity to join and develop the Partnership channel at Ayvens Group. A key component of our strategy, OEM and retail-branded partnerships (including white-labelled models) are central to our growth plans.
The role primarily focuses on supporting the Hyundai Capital UK (HCUK) business, though ambitions exist to extend the Lombard and HCUK blueprints across future partnerships. Current partnerships include:
- Leasevision Systems (LVS)
- Tesla and Polestar (via fleet management)
- HCUK Fleet Management

Primary Objective
Your main goal will be to:
- Manage and optimise the Ayvens–HCUK partnership to drive volume, revenue, and profitability.
- Work closely with the Head of Partnerships and business owners to:
- Achieve HCUK’s annual volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Define and lead change/continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, meet contracted SLAs, and maximise capture of opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to consumer duty regulations, prioritising fairness, transparency, and consumer protection.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Strategic Oversight & Relationship Management
- Work with the Head of Partnerships and business owners to develop and enhance the value proposition for HCUK, Ayvens, and joint customers.
- Own and manage the HCUK Partnership agreement end-to-end, including in-life operations, development, and renegotiations.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and commercial objectives are aligned.
- Monitor industry/legislative developments affecting HCUK/OEM customers.

Day-to-Day Operations & Leadership
- Serve as the lead point of contact for HCUK’s Partnership Manager on commercial, operational, and process matters.
- Engage with senior HCUK stakeholders, aligning objectives to grow opportunities.
- Co-ordinate SLA reporting with Heads of Department and internal stakeholders to track progress.
- Provide operational support for HCUK and internal teams in resolving queries.
Core Role Requirements
Leadership
- Drive a clear strategic vision for HCUK, balancing scope and potential with Ayvens/OEM partnerships.
- Be the advocate for HCUK/KIA/Hyundai/Genesis (Partners) within Ayvens UK and vice versa.
Collaboration & Influence
- Collaborate cross-functional teams to meet targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with both HCUK stakeholders and Ayvens’ OEM Partnership team.
- Build and leverage senior-level executive relationships at HCUK under the Head of Partnerships and Digital Partnerships Manager.
- Ensure all stakeholders adhere to consumer duty principles and legal parameters.
Leading Change
- Champion strategic transformation within the HCUK partnership to achieve business goals.
- Develop plans with clarity to align teams behind change while driving growth.

Technical Capabilities
- Exceptional relationship management: Build trust, influence, and strong stakeholder alignment.
- Financial acumen: Drive performance against budgets and profitability targets.
- Reporting & Systems: Monitor local/international SLAs/KPIs to optimise HCUK performance.
- Risk compliance: Work with the Head of Partnerships to ensure all stakeholders are aware of tasks, accountability, and regulatory adherence.
Desired Experience
Ideally, you will have:
- Senior Account Management or Partner Relationship experience in OEM/vehicle leasing.
- A proven track record in:
- Driving change and improving operational models.
- Maximising revenue/volume/profitability through partnership growth.
- Strong financial/commercial knowledge coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic development experience in account business growth and sustainable scaling.
