Partnership Manager (FC)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Westminster Theological Centre (WTC) (wtctheology.org.uk) as Partnership Manager (FC). WTC is at an exciting phase of its development as a fast-growing, innovative, theological college.

The Partnerships Manager role will advance WTC’s strategic growth with specific priority given to the Prison Programme, Fundraising, the Foundations Course Church Edition, and WTC Consulting. This role includes some office management and executive team support.

The successful candidate will be someone who can engage a variety of stakeholders, thrive in entrepreneurial environments, manage budgets, and work closely in teams. The Partnerships Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

WTC (wtctheology.org.uk) is a pioneering theological college with a vision to integrate the best of scholarship with the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit to transform, heal, and release God’s people into His purposes for them. We deliver transformational theological education within prophetic, worshipping and learning communities throughout the UK, in partnership with local churches. The successful applicant will need to be in full agreement with WTC’s values and mission. As such, it is a genuine occupational requirement for the Partnership Manager to be a practising Christian.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
