Role Overview 🚀
Country Partnerships Manager – Ireland
You’ll curate, source, and develop a high-quality ecosystem of benefits, insurance, and retail partners for Benifex’s OneHub Marketplace and Discounts—not just for volume, but for relevance, quality, and employee value.
Key focus: Own the full partnership lifecycle: 🔧 Market mapping & sourcing → Engaging & onboarding partners → Ongoing optimisation ✨ Prioritise meaningful partnerships, not just deals. 💡 Build a tailored ecosystem for Ireland, ensuring it’s both strategically aligned and locally relevant.
Responsibilities 🤘
📌 Partnership Strategy & Market Development
- Define the Benefits, Discounts, and Affiliate Marketplace for Ireland:
- Identify gaps & prioritise categories
- Focus on quality over quantity
- Use market insights to shape a curated offering
🛠️ End-to-End Partner Development
- Scope key partners (insurers, benefit providers, retailers)
- Negotiate tailored partnership models that align with objectives
📊 Commercial Negotiation & Contracting
- Due diligence & contract drafting
- Secure commercially robust terms using data & insights
🏁 Onboarding, Solution Design & Go-to-Market
- Full ownership of onboarding processes
- Design partner propositions that work operationally and commercially

What are we looking for? 🔍
Ideal candidates have:
✔ Proven business development & partnerships experience with a track record of deals ✔ Commercial negotiation & contract experience with external partners ✔ Background in employee benefits, insurance, fintech, or marketplace brokerage ✔ Proven commercial propositions & pitch decks (align with data) ✔ Experience working with brokers, insurers, retailers, or benefit providers ✔ Ability to take ownership of full partnership lifecycle (strategy → execution)
