Kensington, London
We're looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to lead international media and association partnerships for one of our client's flagship international events, which moves location globally each year.
You'll be responsible for driving event growth and brand awareness through strategic media and association partnerships — managing existing relationships, negotiating new ones, and ensuring partners receive maximum value in return for their support.

- Plan and negotiate marketing partnerships with media outlets and associations, often through barter or reduced-cost agreements, to boost event awareness
- Build relationships with international, national and trade media, researching and targeting the right partners for our audience
- Develop new partnership marketing initiatives and craft compelling value propositions
- Work closely with design, marketing, content and sales teams to deliver on-brand partnership materials and campaigns across social, print, web, digital and email
- Track and report on partnership performance, producing regular and annual reports to shape future partnership strategy
- Manage sponsorship fulfilment, ensuring contracted marketing and branding deliverables are executed accurately and on time
- Negotiate contracts, resolve conflicts, and manage the full partner relationship lifecycle
- Maintain accurate partnership records in Salesforce, in line with company process

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
