As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of partnership programs across a vital region, directly impacting how the platform engages with its partners and consumers. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend execution, coordination, and insight development, making a tangible difference in community-led growth.
This is a 12-month, hybrid contract, offering up to £32.21 per hour – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
Responsibilities
Key Partnership Execution
- Support partnerships, executing key deliverables and maintaining day-to-day relationships with partners.
- Operationalize the process of fund allocation to eligible program participants, problem-solving during early stages of fund release in collaboration with engineering and project management teams.
- Provide routine reporting on partnership progress across a range of performance indicators.
- Help coordinate the planning of prospective partnership engagements, including meetings and general logistics.

Cross-Functional Integration
- Work with Marketing teams to provide partners with brand, web, and general collateral.
- Partner with Supply and Engineering teams to integrate platform functionality into partners’ web/mobile domains.
- Enlist support from the Finance team to carry out assessments of prospective partners and deliver outcomes to the partnerships team.
Insights & Reporting
- Track and report on partnership performance KPIs.
- Update global partnership trackers, sharing key developments, learnings, and milestones to the wider global partnerships function.
- Support campaign reporting, post-campaign reviews, and documentation of best practices.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in business growth, marketing, partnerships, community, or program management.
- Passion for our mission, travel, and youth or student audiences.
- Hands-on and “get things done” approach.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-minded with an interest in performance, insights, and optimisation.
- Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create things from scratch, be scrappy, and able to come up with new initiatives.
