Description
This temporary assignment will be working at Airbnb, and may involve working at an Airbnb site, you will however be contracted through Magnit Global, a UK registered employment business with the company registration number 05537535.

The Partnerships Ops supports the development and execution of Airbnb’s partnership programme across the NEMEA region. This role is focused on the day-to-day running of key partnerships across UK, Northern Europe and the Middle East.
Based out of the UK, you will work in the NEMEA Partnerships team and collaboratively with Business, Marketing, Comms, PR, Community, and Data teams to help optimise partnership outputs for our Airbnb’s partners, the Airbnb organisation and ultimately current and prospective Airbnb consumers. The role blends execution, coordination, and insight development, and is ideal for someone who is organised, works collaboratively and is passionate about community-led growth.
Responsibility
Key Partnerships Execution:
- Support Airbnb partnerships across NEMEA executing key partnership deliverables and maintaining day-to-day relationships with partners.
- Operationalize the process of fund allocation to eligible athletes, problem solving during early stages of the fund release in collaboration with engineering and project management teams.
- Provide routine reporting on partnership(s) progress across a range of performance indicators.
- Help coordinate the planning of prospective partnership engagements - coordinating meetings and general logistics.
Cross-Functional Integration:
- Work with Marketing teams to provide partners with brand, web and general collateral.
- Partner with the Supply and Engineering teams to integrate Airbnb accommodation carousels and similar functionality into partners’ web/mobile domains.
- Enlist support from finance team to carry out assessments of prospective partners and deliver outcomes to NEMEA partnerships team.
Insights & Reporting
- Track and report on partnership performance KPIs.
- Update global partnerships trackers sharing key developments, learnings and milestones to wider global partnerships function.
- Support campaign reporting, post-campaign reviews and documentation of best practices.

Qualifications
- 1-5 years experience in business growth, marketing, partnerships, community or program management.
- Passion for Airbnb, travel and youth or student audiences.
- Hands-on and get things done approach.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-minded with an interest in performance, insights and optimisation.
- Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create things from scratch, be scrappy and able to come up with new initiatives.
