Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid (2 Days in Office)
Salary: Circa £60,000 depending on experience

Drive Partnerships. Influence Strategy. Shape Our Future.
We're looking for a commercially minded Partnership & Procurement Manager to take ownership of Hapi's benefits and discounts partner portfolio and help shape our future proposition.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, acting as the voice of the customer and providing strategic direction on how we strengthen, evolve and monetise our partner network.
You'll identify market opportunities, analyse competitor offerings, recommend new partnerships, and maximise the value of existing relationships to ensure Hapi remains relevant, competitive and differentiated.
This role would suit someone from a smaller or scaling business who enjoys autonomy, thrives on ownership, and wants to make a tangible impact. While you'll oversee commercial agreements and partner negotiations, you'll be supported by specialist teams for contract administration and execution, allowing you to focus on strategy, relationships and commercial performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own relationships with Hapi's benefits and discount partners.
- Analyse competitor offerings and market trends to ensure our proposition remains market-leading.
- Identify gaps in our platform and recommend new partners, products and categories.
- Drive commercial value and monetisation opportunities across the partner portfolio.
- Lead partner performance reviews and ensure partners deliver against agreed objectives.
- Work closely with Product, Commercial, Finance and Marketing teams to shape future strategy.
- Develop and execute procurement and partnership strategies that support business growth.
- Influence pricing, promotions and partner initiatives to maximise customer value and commercial outcomes.
- Provide insight and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team on opportunities, risks and future direction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
