About The Role
The Partnership Sales Director is the commercial engine for Outernet’s partnerships programme, responsible for:
- Driving new business, full sales cycles, and multi-platform brand partnerships (digital OOH, events, F&B, naming rights).
- Collaborating with Strategy Senior Manager and the Legends Global UK team to introduce tailored opportunities to market.
- Reporting to the UK Lead at Legends Global, with day-to-day alignment with the Outernet commercial leadership team.

- Own the full sales cycle for Outernet partnerships:
- Prospecting, pitch development, negotiation, deal closure, and onboarding across DOH, sponsorship, events, F&B, and naming rights.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with strategy and internal teams to create market positioning and proposals.
- Manage a structured sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting.
- Convert existing networks into new commercial opportunities via internal relationships.
- Lead negotiation of complex multi-platform and multi-year agreements, including naming rights.
- Drive high-value deals with brand representation at industry events.
- Oversee onboarding, activation delivery, and retention strategies for partners.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure commercial and operational viability of partnerships.
- Maintain market awareness to identify new opportunities and update commercial strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in partnership/sponsorship sales, ideally within entertainment, live events, media, or venue settings.
- Track record of securing seven-figure, multi-year partnership deals.
- Strong commercial acumen, ownership of revenue targets, and ability to manage multiple deals.
- Expertise in developing strategic, insight-led partnership solutions for client objectives.
- Skills in opportunity identification, pipeline building, and revenue conversion from relationships.
- Extensive UK-based brand/agency network with new business development experience.
- Expert negotiator with proficiency in complex integrated marketing partnerships.
- Ability to articulate the value of partnerships over standalone media solutions.
- Strong collaborator, comfortable working with teams and sales alignment.
- Proficiency in macOS, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital/creative tools.
