Job Description

We are assisting in sourcing a Partnership Solutions Manager for the Virginia Water, United Kingdom location. The role centers on architecting, negotiating, and launching multi-party collaborations across hospitality, sponsorship, and event execution. The successful candidate will translate strategic objectives into scalable partnership programs, secure value through collaborative agreements, and drive delivery from initial concept through impact assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and pilot partner programs aligned with strategic priorities, emphasizing premium hospitality and experiential offerings.
  • Direct cross-functional squads to deliver cohesive partnership experiences, spanning sponsorship activation, hospitality operations, and event logistics.
  • Cultivate and govern a diverse partner network, assessing potential collaborators and integrating new partners to broaden reach and capability.
  • Lead negotiations, uphold compliance, and nurture relationships to maximize lifetime value and renewal likelihood.
  • Establish performance metrics, monitor outcomes, and extract insights to steer future strategy and investment choices.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and risk functions to craft agreements that balance risk with upside potential.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable success in building and scaling strategic partnerships within hospitality, sports, or similarly complex ecosystems.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities supported by a data-driven approach.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams and driving multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Ability to assess market dynamics, spot opportunities, and translate insights into implementable roadmaps.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-management skills with executive-level and partner stakeholders.
