About Us

At Axle Energy, we’re building the infrastructure that will underpin the decarbonised energy system. Our software moves energy usage to times when electricity is cheap and green, by controlling vehicle charging, heating systems, and home batteries. We control hundreds of thousands of energy assets.

We’re building in a legacy industry and moving gigawatt-hours of electrons in the real world, but we operate at lightning speed, and we’re growing the team to meet customer demand.

We’re proud to be supported by world-leading investors, including Accel.

About The Role

Read more about what we’re building here.

Our Partnerships role requires someone who can accelerate the deployment of our products, help clients roll out flexibility across their customer base, and adapt processes pragmatically without getting stuck in bureaucracy.

Axle's success is intertwined with that of our partners'; by helping our partners onboard & scale, you'll be the conduit to Axle's B2B2C growth.

We're looking for someone with strong commercial instincts to drive exceptional results with our partners. This is a multifaceted, client-facing role with a strong technical component.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
