The Role

We're looking for a Partnerships Account Manager to help scale one of Hometree's most exciting and high-growth channels.

Partnerships has already doubled revenue year-on-year and is one of our most cost-effective acquisition channels. As we enter the next phase of growth, we're investing in the team to accelerate this momentum through the launch of new partnerships and the expansion of existing relationships.

In this role, you'll manage and grow strategic partner accounts, drive channel performance, and identify commercial opportunities. You'll work cross-functionally with teams across Growth, Product, Operations, Engineering and Finance, giving you broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on Hometree's growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering commercial results in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Account Management: Own and manage relationships with key strategic partners, acting as the primary point of contact to drive engagement, performance, and long-term growth.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track channel performance against agreed KPIs, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Commercial & Channel Economics Management: Monitor channel economics, including sales volumes, conversion rates, retention performance, and profitability metrics, proactively identifying challenges and implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Partner Growth & Scaling: Develop and execute plans to scale partner channels in line with growth targets and budget objectives, identifying opportunities to increase volume, improve performance, and maximise value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Lead regular partner review meetings, ensuring clear communication of performance, priorities, opportunities, and actions.
  • Partner Support & Relationship Management: Respond to partner requests in a timely and professional manner, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a high standard of partner experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal operational, technical, product, and commercial teams to identify, escalate, and resolve issues impacting partner journeys, performance, or customer experience.
  • Financial Administration & Invoicing: Manage monthly invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and effective coordination with finance teams.
  • Partner Onboarding & Launch Support: Support the setup, onboarding, and successful launch of new partnerships where required, coordinating across teams to ensure smooth implementation and operational readiness.

What we’re looking for:

  • Partnerships Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a partnerships account management role.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of key commercial metrics, including revenue, customer value, acquisition costs, and commission structures.
  • Relationship Building: Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Organisation & Prioritisation: Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Presentation & Reporting Skills: Experience creating and delivering insightful performance presentations to a range of stakeholders.
  • Location & Working Pattern: London-based and able to work from the office at least two days per week.

Our Recruitment Process:

  • Initial Call: Start with an introductory call with our Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to discuss the role and your potential fit. (30 mins)
  • Hiring Manager Interview: Meet with the hiring manager to explore your background in more detail, discuss the role's responsibilities, and learn more about the team and business. (45–60 mins)
  • Task/Final Stage: Present a task to our Director of Partnerships, Senior Partnerships Manager, and Growth Associate (1 hr)
  • Final Interview: For certain positions there may be a final interview with a member of senior management or our senior leadership team (30 mins)
