Partner Alliances Manager
About Unaric
Unaric is changing how businesses interact with data and agents by building a listening layer for the agentic enterprise. Our technology turns every campaign, conversation, and transaction into Salesforce-native context, enabling teams and agents to act decisively.
We’ve grown rapidly—acquiring nine businesses in three years—and now our partner relationships must match our ambition. This is an opportunity to own our channel strategy and deepen our position with Salesforce and our broader ecosystem.
Purpose of the Role
As Partner Alliances Manager, you’ll lead our channel strategy and ensure we stay top of mind within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your key focus:
- Building deep relationships with Salesforce agents (AEs), regional vice presidents (RVPs), and solution engineers (SEs)
- Proactively identifying and selling joint opportunities, especially with Systems Integrators (SI) partners
- Driving partner-sourced pipeline, as relationships today directly impact deals tomorrow
About You
We need someone who is:
- Proactive—anticipates when relationships might cool off and takes action before it’s urgent
- Accountable—owns their pipeline and follows through on all commitments
- Collaborative—shares insights openly with internal teams and partners
- Empowering—runs enablement sessions that help Salesforce AEs and SIs sell Unaric with confidence

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
