Albemarle Street Partners, now part of WisdomTree, is a discretionary investment manager providing financial advisers with model portfolios, multi-asset funds, and centralized investment propositions. We are seeking a candidate with at least one year of professional experience who is looking to build a long-term career in sales and account management. As part of the rapidly growing Albemarle Street Partners business, within WisdomTree, this is an exciting opportunity to form an important part of the team from day one.

This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is passionate about sales and relationship management. The sales function at Albemarle is highly consultative and thoughtful; bringing new ‘Partners’ into the business takes time and requires a high level of focus and strong interpersonal skills to develop long-term relationships. Within this multi-faceted role, you will be driven to deliver new leads while enjoying day-to-day account management, working closely with existing clients to answer queries and provide support.

Initially, the role will focus on developing your knowledge of ASPIM and supporting the Partnerships Team through meeting preparation, Salesforce management, and content delivery. You will also have opportunities to identify and develop your own leads by attending industry events, managing follow-up activity, and attending meetings. Working closely with key stakeholders across marketing, portfolio management, and investments, this role is perfect for someone who will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment as the business continues to launch new services and products.

Key Accountabilities and Scope

  • Regular oversight of peer group performance data, ensuring internal documents are updated and distributed to the team every month.
  • Proofing, branding, and compiling monthly and quarterly client commentaries; we have a number of clients who have white-labelled content and for whom it is important to receive these pieces promptly.
  • Management of Salesforce updates, ensuring new event lists and contacts are updated on an ongoing basis, and activity reports are produced weekly for internal reporting.
  • Working with partnerships and portfolio management on a variety of client proposals and updates, to build an understanding of the level of detail and structure of client work.
  • Attend proprietary and industry events to represent Albemarle, as well as to identify and develop your own leads.
  • Follow-up work post events, including calling contact lists and booking meetings which you will attend with the partnerships team.
  • Within 6 months of being in the role, you should be able to articulate to clients and prospects the USPs of ASPIM’s proposition and services. By the end of the first year, you would be expected to be in a position to manage accounts and new business prospects autonomously.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
