Partnerships and Growth Lead

Partnerships and Growth Lead – Join Jaspy’s Early Team

About Jaspy

We're a small, supportive team that values individuality, creativity and collaboration. We want people who:

  • Bring their personality to work,
  • Share ideas openly, and
  • Help shape how we grow.

Jaspy is a new platform built exclusively for the professional hair & beauty industry, uniting trusted brands, suppliers, educators, salon owners and professionals. By partnering with iconic industry brands and expanding their salon networks, we streamline access to quality products, education and business support—all in one place.

After extensive industry feedback, we’re launching the next evolution of Jaspy. We’re moving quickly and building something the industry told us it needs. This is your chance to shape something from day one.

The Role: First Partnerships and Growth Lead

We’re hiring our very first Partnerships and Growth Lead—a trailblazer who will own the partnership pipeline entirely.

This is not a role with a predetermined playbook. You’ll create it. Test ideas, define our commercial strategy, and directly influence Jaspy’s growth from your first day, working closely with founders.

Responsibilities

  • Building and executing end-to-end brand partnerships

    • Research and outreach to target hair & beauty brands.
    • Strategies to secure new commercial relationships.
    • Develop pitches that clearly communicate Jaspy’s value proposition.
  • Negotiation & deal closure

    • Formulate and secure partnership agreements.
    • Ensure smooth brand and salon activation post-onboarding.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
