OFX has been a trusted innovator in global money movement for over 25 years. Job Description We’re looking for a dynamic partnerships sales professional to join our team. You have ideally been successfully working in partnerships within the payments & expense management field and excel in understanding how partnerships are a force multiplier when properly executed. You will be given the platform, direction and team support to be successful, but you will also bring our own network of contacts and ideas to the role. What you'll do: Research and identify potential partnerships primarily within the B2B segment, while keeping mindful of adjacent B2C opportunities. Present clearly and concisely the value of partnership with OFX to potential partners, within the context and deep understanding of their own business priorities. Build strong relationships with any potential partner within the UK & EU markets. Attend networking events and industry conferences to build a network of partners. Prepare partnership proposals that exceed the expectations of each potential alliance partner as well as fit our own hurdles for an expected return on investment. Work closely with the assigned partnership Account Manager to ensure that all partners are well-positioned for future success. Communicate the technical details of our payments platform in a correct, simple and effective manner. Ensure that all sales & promotional activities are consistent with the regulatory obligations of the company. Take initiative to assist and collaborate with other team members for team performance and completion of tasks. Ensure a timely, clear and well-documented handover of each client from Partnership Sales to Account Management. Partner revenue and speed to activation will be key performance metrics in this role. Contribute to the continuous improvement ethos of the EMEA team. Qualifications What you bring: Commercially astute, you can see the big picture and can sell it to potential partners. You are comfortable building business cases and asking the right discovery questions to evaluate a good fit all around You are natural at building relationships. People work with you because they trust you and because you deliver to promise. An individual sales target motivates you to bring the team forward with you. A proven background in achieving sales targets and meeting clearly defined KPI’s University/college degree Minimum of 2–3 years sales experience in FX, payments, financial services or technology sales Affiliate or strategic partnership sales experience preferred Digitally savvy, comfortable working in Salesforce and other AI-driven tools that help our commercial conversations have more impact Strong attention to detail and lateral thinking skills Native-level fluency in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate technical details. High levels of self-motivation and desire for skills development.
