Partnerships & Communications Manager / Co-Founder
About Us
"Gravity Fellow" is a deep-tech clean energy startup developing a unique Deep Ocean Gravitational Energy Storage & Generation System (DOGEGS).
Our technology provides:
- Autonomous 24/7 clean energy generation with up to 97% efficiency
- Costs of less than $0.01/kWh (far more efficient than traditional wind or solar)
- Green hydrogen production
- CO₂ emission reductions
- A scalable solution for the global transition to renewable energy
We are at the pre-MVP stage (TRL 3 + TRL 6), with patents secured and a certified scientific discovery. Currently building a strong co-founding team to scale globally (US, Europe, and potentially Asia).
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and engage strategic partners (investors, accelerators, corporates, research institutions)
- Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and regulators
- Develop joint projects in CleanTech/ClimateTech
Fundraising & Investment
- Actively participate in grant programs (Horizon Europe, EIC, BEF, DOE, private foundations, etc.)
- Engage with VCs, family offices, and corporate investors
- Support preparation of pitch decks, business models, and investor presentations

Communications & PR
- Develop and implement an external communications strategy
- Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and industry summits
- Manage PR campaigns and media/publications
- Maintain company presence on LinkedIn and other channels
Market Research (CustDev) – Required
- Identify real needs of paying customers and define monetization models
- Conduct 15–30 in-depth interviews with target customers (users of similar solutions)
- Transcribe and analyze interview data
- Prepare a summary report with key insights and testable hypotheses
✅ Requirements
Proven experience in:
- Business development, partnerships, fundraising, or communications (3+ years)
- CustDev/JTBD research (required) – hands-on experience in customer discovery
Essential skills:
- Excellent communication skills (ability to engage respondents in interviews)
- Fluent in English (required) – additional European languages are a plus
- Interest in CleanTech, ClimateTech, EnergyTech
- Proactive mindset, ownership ability, and startup experience
