Are you a commercially-minded relationship builder who thrives on creating strategic partnerships that deliver real results?
We're looking for an ambitious Partnership Development Manager to identify, develop, and grow high-value partnerships across estate agencies, housebuilders, employers, and employee benefits consultants. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network while helping more customers access expert mortgage and protection advice.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of developing both new and existing corporate partnerships, ensuring they generate sustainable growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a partnership distribution plan to increase sales across Estate Agency, New Build, and Employee Benefits channels.
- Identifying and securing new commercial partnerships while strengthening existing relationships.
- Building strong networks with key decision-makers through conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Working closely with partners to maximise customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion into mortgage, protection, and related financial services.
- Monitoring partnership performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, budgets, and income targets.
- Providing regular performance updates and commercial insight to the Partnerships Director.
- Collaborating with Marketing and internal stakeholders to create engaging partnership campaigns and materials.
- Supporting adviser performance by overseeing delivery against agreed service and quality standards.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of our partnership proposition to ensure we remain the partner of choice.
- Championing outstanding customer experiences throughout every stage of the customer journey.
- Operating within regulatory requirements while demonstrating the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with exceptional relationship-building skills.
You'll ideally have experience working within the new build, property, estate agency, financial services, or employee benefits sectors, with a proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and deliver commercial growth.
Essential
- Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Proven experience developing successful business partnerships or strategic accounts.
- Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical ability with sound commercial judgement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
Desirable
- Project management experience.
- Change management experience.
- Knowledge of organisational development or design principles.
- Experience within mortgages, financial services, estate agency, employee benefits, or new build sectors.

L&C is authorised and regulated by the FCA and is classified as an Enhanced Firm under the Senior Manager’s and Certification Regime (SM&CR). This role is subject to the six FCA Conduct Rules, and adherence is mandatory.
