Partnerships Director – Advertising Team (Fixed-Term, 12 Months)

About the Role
As Partnerships Director, you’ll lead our Advertising team to secure and nurture tier-one business partnerships, driving brand growth, audience engagement, and commercial impact through:
- Selling a cross-platform commercial product offering unique access to our global audience.
- Leading multi-platform campaigns across video, social, influencer, experiential, live, and content partnerships.
- Driving strategic conversations to sell and deliver innovative, best-in-class partnerships.
- Crafting market-leading pitches tailored to client/agency needs, securing new or repeat business.
Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site at Kings Cross, 2 days remote)
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Management
- Sell and manage business-critical client partnerships, ensuring long-term value.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand teams.

- Oversee multi-platform campaign planning and activation.
- Develop creative storytelling and data-driven strategies to maximise commercial impact.
Innovation & Spatial Offerings
- Design and pitch market-leading commercial packages that align with client objectives.
- Leverage social-first, video, and content-based solutions to drive audience engagement.
Requirements
Essential Experience
- Proven track record in selling multi-platform content partnerships (social-first/video-centric environments).
- Direct experience in selling audio, video, and social partnerships to corporate clients and agencies.
- Strong understanding of brief development, pitch crafting, and integrated proposal creation.
- Expertise in innovation and customised commercial solutions to meet diverse client needs.
