Partnerships Director – HR Technology / SaaS

Remote | UK | Circa £75,000 base + £100,000 OTE

I’m partnering with an established, investor-backed HR technology business that is entering a significant new phase of growth.

The company has a strong SaaS platform, an established enterprise customer base, and a highly relevant proposition spanning talent assessment, AI, automation, and more objective, inclusive hiring.

With the investment and ambition to scale 500% £25m over the next three to four years, the business is now looking to appoint a Partnerships Director to build partnerships into a major commercial growth channel.

It is an opportunity to:

  • Define and build the partner strategy.
  • Assess the existing ecosystem and identify where the greatest commercial value lies.
  • Develop strategic relationships with ATS providers, RPOs, AI consultancies, and wider HR technology partners.
  • Create compelling joint propositions and integration-led value stories.
  • Build repeatable referral, co-sell, and embedded partnership models.
  • Turn senior relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Work closely with an experienced CEO, COO, sales, product, and customer teams.
  • Play a visible role in the company’s wider value-creation and growth journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The business already works with several well-known enterprise partners, but the future strategy is still being shaped. The successful candidate will therefore have genuine ownership and the opportunity to build something of lasting commercial value.

The leadership team is a major attraction.

The recently appointed CEO has previously built, scaled, and successfully exited an HR technology business, while the COO brings extensive commercial, operational, and growth experience. Together, they are building a focused leadership team with a clear ambition to accelerate growth and create significant value.

This opportunity would suit someone with experience in:

  • Partnerships, alliances, channel development, or strategic business development.
  • Experience selling SaaS, workforce solutions, or related B2B technology markets.
  • Building or scaling partner ecosystems.
  • Creating joint propositions and commercial partnership models.
  • Comfortable operating successfully in a scale-up environment where not everything is already defined.
  • Combining strategic thinking with hands-on commercial execution.

This is a particularly exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build rather than maintain, take real ownership, and influence the growth trajectory of an ambitious, well-backed technology business.
