Profile:
We’re looking for a relationship‑focused, proactive professional to help strengthen and grow our partnerships with intermediary clients. In this role, you’ll engage with advisory firms of all sizes from small independents to national networks, using a blend of remote, virtual, and group‑based strategies. You’ll play a key part in deepening relationships, delivering tailored presentations, and positioning Raymond James WM as a trusted partner across our full proposition suite.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving business growth by delivering agreed revenue and AUM targets through strategic client engagement.
- Building strong relationships with high‑value IFAs through virtual meetings, webinars, and group presentations.
- Coordinating and hosting sessions with subject matter experts to deepen client understanding and strengthen partnerships.
- Working closely with Client Directors to deliver a coordinated adviser contact strategy and share valuable client insights.
- Identifying and prioritising IFAs for enhanced engagement and partnership development.
- Aligning with national campaigns and initiatives, providing feedback to marketing on lead‑generation performance.
- Using CRM and MI data to plan targeted engagement strategies and track progress.
- Representing RJWM as a leading, client‑centred wealth management partner.
- Supporting the Client Directors’ annual event programme to showcase new propositions and build community and loyalty.

What You’ll Bring:
- Proven success in strategic business development and client engagement.
- Experience delivering virtual and group presentations to professional audiences.
- Strong understanding of the IFA market and discretionary fund management.
