The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Partnerships Development Executive to join our team. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will support our Partnership Managers in driving the growth of new and existing partnerships, leveraging your creativity, outreach skills, and ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.

The part you’ll play

  • Identify Potential Partnerships: Conduct research to identify businesses that align with our strategic goals. Develop strategies for initial outreach and build a pipeline of potential partners.
  • Outreach and Lead Generation: Use various communication methods (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.) to introduce our offerings, initiate conversations, and engage potential partners.
  • Build Relationships: Actively nurture new and existing relationships, helping to guide partners through the early stages of collaboration, identifying their needs, and promoting the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Partnerships Manager, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that partnership opportunities are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Track Progress: Monitor partnership performance, keeping detailed records in the CRM system, and regularly updating the team on key activities and outcomes.
  • Stay Market-Savvy: Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to spot new opportunities and refine outreach strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
