About the Role – Partnerships Executive

Joint Ownership of Partnership Workstreams

You’ll manage live partnership workstreams to deliver generational impact—both as a partner-facing delivery agent and a team enabler.

  • Work directly with the Partnerships Manager to ensure high-quality, commercial partnerships.
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships while ensuring sales teams have the tools to sell partnership products with confidence.

This role is not a strategic one, but it will be your hands-on delivery role with every opportunity to own it, mature it, and scale it. There’s potential for this role to pivot to permanent status—all within 6 months.

Reports to: Partnerships Manager Contract Type: Fixed Term (6-month contract) Location: Richmond, UK (Hybrid)

Why This Role Matters

"Commercial partnerships at Cazoo are still maturing, which means this role expands beyond typical partnerships—it engages with the core of integration, sales enablement, and scaling a new network for partners." —Sam Jones, Partnerships Manager

If you want to understand how a partner ecosystem evolves, this is your place to engage with it at its foundation.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Management

  • Day-to-Day Engagement: Be the primary contact for real-time partnership resolutions.
  • Tracking Metrics: Monitor and escalate any misalignment in communication, timelines, or deliverables.
  • Trust-Building: Foster transparency and accountability in partner relations while consistently following through.

Project Delivery & Coordination

  • From Strategy to Execution: Own iterative development through live product launches and post-project tracking.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Averaging: Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, Legal, and Eng to keep deliverables on the move.
  • Visibility: Maintain a bird’s-eye view of every active workstream, including owners, deadlines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Blocker Mitigation: Identify risks early and suggest solutions over merely flagging problematic tasks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
