Our complete 360-degree service offering takes brands from partnership identification through to the delivery of fully integrated marketing strategies. With offices in the UK and the US, we support clients worldwide, helping them to accelerate growth through the power of sport.
We're looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our commercial team to help us on our journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Outreach
- Assist in identifying and researching target brands, industries, and sectors to attract, secure, and nurture high-value partnerships, positioning Right Formula as the leading agency in the motorsport world.
- Build and maintain target lists to support outbound sales efforts.
- Help manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and deals.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate interest and set up meetings for senior sales colleagues.
- Coordinate follow-ups and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
Meeting Preparation & Coordination
- Support the sales team by scheduling and preparing for client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and insights are ready.
- Gather and analyse relevant market insights, competitor research, and industry trends to inform sales conversations.
- Take notes during meetings, document key action points, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Sales Materials & Administration
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of sales collateral, including case studies, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure sales materials align with marketing and client objectives.
- Maintain CRM systems and databases, ensuring all sales activities are properly recorded and tracked.
- Support in drafting client proposals, contracts, and sponsorship packages in collaboration with senior sales members.
Market Research & Industry Engagement
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify new sponsorship and agency partnership opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant news in sports marketing and sponsorship.
- Support the sales team in attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and generate leads.

Requirements:
- Experience in a sales or sales support role, ideally within sports and/or sponsorship.
- Formula 1 experience would be extremely beneficial.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and market opportunities.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident in outreach and client interactions.
- Ability to create compelling sales presentations and materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for sports and an understanding of the commercial landscape within the industry.
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, inspiring and influencing others to deliver outstanding results.

This role would be based in our Battersea office 4 days a week with the option to work from home once a week.
