That’s where you come in. Leading the partnership front line depends on connection. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the partnerships that underpin our programs, ensuring our rewards remain high-value and compelling.
About the Role
The 12-month Partnerships Intern will play a critical role in outreach, negotiation, and delivery of key partnerships that power TLC’s experience-driven rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership outreach:
- Assist in designing and executing global outreach campaigns, ensuring cold pitches and follow-ups are proactive and highly targeted.
- Track responses and maintain clear documentation of engagement efforts across conform CRM
- Content & proposal development:
- Support the creation of comprehensive partnership propositions, including pitch decks, case studies, and versioned proposals premised on targeted partners.
- Consistently find compelling ways to position rewards with strategic commercial rationale
- Research & insights:
- Research new partnership opportunities within niche sectors, emerging trends, and potential collaborators.
- Update internal databases and help quantify market opportunities through data-based orchestration.
- Partnership delivery & onboarding:
- Partner with business teams to ensure structured onboarding of new partners into the network, from paperwork to contract management.
- Support campaign delivery across diverse sectors like coffee, dining, activities, fitness, and wellness, acting as the bridge between operation teams and partners.
- Performance tracking:
- Build dashboards and reports to capture KPIs on campaign success and contribute insights as part of strategic proposal packages for internal clients.
This is a creative, fast-paced field with great opportunity for growth: interns often transition into specialized commercial teams.

Essential Requirements
- Written and verbal communications: Presenting ideas persuasively, both formally and informally.
- Organisation skill: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, ppm-related tasks and collaborate effectively within matrixed teams.
- Proactive mindset: Self-starter with consistent motivation, independence, and process mindset.
- Good working knowledge of office tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google alternatives.
- Enthusiastic approach: Willingness to contribute thoughtful ideas and help others, while balancing boldness with professional judgement.
