The Role
We are looking for a Relationships Manager to join us on a 14-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact and manage Ravelin’s relationship with one of our large banking partners. Focusing on, partner happiness, retention and continued growth. Additional responsibilities include supporting and coordinating the adoption of our technical partners across our wider customer base.
You will be expected to maintain high-level stakeholder relationships both externally and internally, running the day-to-day operations while spearheading specific channel partner specific initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Global Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with a global channel partner. Strategic Commercial Growth: Proactively identify and manage new opportunities with existing partners to grow the breadth and value of our relationships. Commercial Oversight: Provide high-level support to the wider business on commercial partner management and contract negotiations. Industry Expertise: Keep an up-to-date knowledge of the global payments and fraud industry to act as a subject matter expert for partners. Workshops & Enablement: Lead and plan regular workshops and training sessions with partners across various time zones.

Requirements
Industry Experience: Expertise in fraud, payments, cloud computing, API, or data science is highly desirable. Experience collaborating with B2C companies, Startups (Pre/Post IPO), or Scale-Ups is also beneficial. Partnership History: Requires a minimum of three years of senior-level experience in partnership or account management, specifically dealing with large Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) values. Global Mindset: Proven experience in growing enterprise-sized global accounts and navigating international organisational structures. Communication: Highly skilled communicator with strong verbal and written presentation skills. Project Management: Great project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Commercial experience: Commercial growth, including upsells, renewals, and contract negotiation, is essential. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to Travel: At least twice per year you will be expected to travel to New York to support the partner.
Nice to Have
Management Experience: Proven experience in managing teams and leading client or partner engagements. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the partnership team, overseeing workload distribution and professional development during the 14-month term.
