Role Description – Partnerships Manager
Location: Norwich-based (hybrid) Hours: Full-time Salary: £30–40,000 per annum
About the Role
We’re seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our fundraising and marketing department.
This is a relationship-first role for someone who enjoys collaborating with people, identifying growth opportunities, and creating exceptional partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Stewardship & Oversight: Manage a portfolio of corporate and brand partners, ensuring each feels valued and engaged with their impact.
- New Relationships: Actively develop new partnerships while supporting an expanding fundraising and sponsorship pipeline.
- Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with our CEO, Chief Engagement Officer, and team to deliver partnerships that:
- Generate revenue, enhance donor experience, and promote organisation-wide growth.
- Cultivate meaningful engagement opportunities to benefit more young people.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must have:
- Proven experience in partnerships and strategic partnerships, ideally in nonprofit, education, or youth-focused sectors.
- Strong account management skills, including long-term retainer maintenance and outcome delivery.
- Excellent communication to present, negotiate, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance, interpret data, and inform strategic decisions.
- Experience with pipeline development and securing funding or in-kind sponsorships (a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid-work environment, managing self-directed and team-driven priorities.
- A deep commitment to the mission of supporting young people’s resilience and wellbeing.
