Malaberg is a scale-up transforming lives with premium health, nutrition, and skincare brands, built entirely in-house as we scale across the UK and US markets.

We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to build a measurable customer acquisition channel inside our Growth team. In this standalone role, you will own a high-potential acquisition channel from the ground up. Partnering with our in-house specialists in copy, creative, and media buying, you will identify target audiences, negotiate performance-driven media placements, track the data, and scale what works. You will start immediately on our launching brands to turn creator, newsletter, and podcast partnerships into a repeatable operating machine across our portfolio.

What You Will Do

Source acquisition partners from scratch, build the pipeline, and run direct outbound outreach to creators, podcasters, and newsletter operators. Negotiate commercial terms and performance-driven offer structures, including flat fee, CPA, revenue-share, or hybrid models. Set up precise tracking with our acquisition stack (including tools like FunnelFlux and CRM software) to ensure every deal has clean, measurable attribution from day one. Brief creative requirements to our brand specialists, ensuring copy and hooks are optimised for target audiences and approved on schedule. Manage budget allocation across partners against strict customer acquisition cost (CAC) and margin targets, reallocating capital ruthlessly based on real revenue performance. Turn successful drops into a repeatable operating rhythm, documenting internal playbooks, outreach templates, tracking conventions, and partner databases.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

3 to 6 years of experience in media buying, paid acquisition, or performance marketing, ideally with direct exposure to direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce. A proven track record of owning campaign economics. You speak natively about unit economics, CAC, payback, and contribution margin. Experience building outbound pipelines, handling vendor negotiations, and managing multiple external stakeholders simultaneously. Strong working knowledge of performance tracking, lifecycle tooling, and data exports to protect attribution hygiene. Highly tech-literate. You set up clean systems, trackers, and partner databases rather than leaving behind a messy black box. Ability to translate target customer profiles into distinct offer hooks and concrete briefs for creative specialists.
