The role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation for Salesfire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building successful partnerships.

The part you’ll play

  • Identify and Develop Partnerships: Research and identify potential partners that align with our strategic goals. Develop and execute outreach strategies to establish and nurture these relationships.
  • Maintain and Strengthen Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for deeper collaboration are explored.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other relevant teams to ensure partnership activities are aligned with company objectives and integrated into overall business strategies.
  • Negotiate Agreements: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favourable and in line with company policies and goals.
  • Track and Report on Performance: Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of partnerships. Regularly report on partnership performance to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in business development/partnerships at an agency is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience with eCommerce is preferable.
  • Experience in generating leads and outbound sales.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing partnerships.

Requirement: Must hold a driving licence
