Founded in 2015, PingPong is an embedded financial infrastructure platform serving more than 200 countries. The company has processed over $350 billion in cumulative total payment volume, holds more than 60 financial licenses worldwide, and partners with the world’s largest banks. PingPong operates from 40 offices across 15 countries, supporting global enterprises with cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts and treasury infrastructure at scale.

We are now on the lookout for a Partnership Manager to optimize efforts of our new Mid-Market Commercial team.

What’s the Challenge?

This role plays an integral role in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue through generating and closing qualified referral and integration partners.

This position is ideal for a driven, disciplined, and high-performing individual with partnership/sales acumen that has experience in online B2B partner prospecting, market research, and sales lead generation, and the desire to help shape processes and own results.

This position may be based in our London office on a hybrid working arrangement, or performed fully remotely from within the UK or the EU.

Who You’ll Be Working With

This position will report directly to the US Sales Director. The incumbent is also expected to have close interaction with the global Business Development team and the Marketing team on targeting key partners supporting key verticals (travel, ecommerce, import/export, etc.).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
