Heart of Kent Hospice | Aylesford, Kent | Hybrid, Full-time, Permanent

Heart of Kent Hospice is entering a pivotal period as we work towards our future hospice, and we're looking for a Partnerships Manager to help us get there.

This is a chance to take ownership of a growing partnerships portfolio and shape how we build corporate and community relationships across Kent, opening doors for the next chapter of hospice care in our community.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you'll:

  • Develop and deliver our partnerships strategy and income plan
  • Identify and secure new high-value partnership opportunities
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective supporters and manage our most valuable relationships
  • Represent Heart of Kent Hospice across the local business community
  • Manage and develop our Partnership Fundraiser
  • Work closely with fundraising and communications colleagues to maximise opportunities

About You

Essential:

  • Proven experience in corporate fundraising, business development, account management or a related income-generation role
  • A track record of securing new business and exceeding income or growth targets
  • Experience managing high-value stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent networking and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM or database systems
  • Able to travel across Kent and work occasional evenings and weekends

Salary: £37,000 to £40,000 per year circa depending on experience
