About The Company
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid, 3-4 days in London (Soho) per month.
This company is an e-commerce enablement platform trusted by over 15,000 D2C brands. Their core focus in the UK is a premier WhatsApp marketing and customer engagement platform that helps brands increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) through conversational commerce, automated chat journeys, and smart support tools.
The Role
Core Objective: Proactively activate passive agency and technology connections into high-yielding, active lead generation pipelines across the UK e-commerce ecosystem
This company is building out their early-stage partner team and are looking for a driven Partner Manager to join them. Following the success of their initial team footprint, they are expanding their partnerships team. This role focuses on managing and expanding their ecosystem of e-commerce agencies and technology partners. They already have an established network of partners to work with. Your main priority will be nurturing these relationships to open up a consistent stream of customer leads. You will focus heavily on the Shopify and Klaviyo ecosystems, ensuring the product is top-of-mind for agencies and tech platforms when they advise merchants on retention marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner Activation: Take ownership of the existing agency and tech partner relationships, turning passive contacts into active, engaged advocates who regularly refer leads.
- Lead Generation: Hit targets for incoming qualified leads driven directly through your tech partner and agency network.
- Ecosystem Focus: Deepen connections with Shopify-focused agencies and core tech plugins, positioning the product as the perfect conversational commerce complement to their existing stacks.
- Team Event Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to facilitate, coordinate, and attend industry events, partner dinners, and e-commerce meet-ups.
- Consultative Approach: Learn the ins and outs of KwikEngage to clearly show partners how our WhatsApp marketing platform drives ROI for their clients.
Experience Required

- 3+ years in partnerships, account management, or business development within the eCommerce SaaS or agency space.
- Core Tech Knowledge: A strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, and Omnisend.
- Ecosystem Familiarity: Experience or a solid working knowledge of other major e-commerce subscription, loyalty, and review apps (such as Recharge, Rebuy, LoyaltyLion, Yotpo, Judge.me, Reviews.io, or Trustpilot) is highly valuable.
- Relationship Builder: You excel at unlocking value from existing networks and know how to keep partners motivated and engaged.
- Early-Stage Mindset: You enjoy the energy of a rapidly growing team, are comfortable working autonomously, and want to help shape our UK partnership playbook.
