🚨 Commercial Partnerships Manager – Public Sector
📍 London | Hybrid
💰 Up to £70,000 + uncapped OTE
🏖️ 28 days holiday + bank holidays
We’re partnering with a fast-growing organisation operating at the intersection of AI, public sector delivery, and SME/business support to hire a Commercial Partnerships Manager.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who can combine public sector relationship-building, bid/proposal writing, and full-cycle commercial ownership.
The company already has strong momentum across government and public sector channels, with warm relationships, a growing pipeline, and increasing demand. They’re now looking for someone commercially driven who can help convert that opportunity into signed contracts. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and Director of Government Affairs & Partnerships, before taking ownership of your own pipeline and deals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
