Partnerships Manager – Issuer Advocacy
Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager – Issuer Advocacy to join our ever-evolving Partnership Management team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Role requires a hybrid schedule, working 3 days per week from our London office
What You’ll Own
- Build and grow issuer relationships to improve authorization rates, reduce fraud, and enhance customer experience
- Use data insights to drive measurable performance improvements and influence issuer behavior
- Lead commercial negotiations to expand partnerships across products, services, and regions
- Deliver impactful business reviews that highlight performance, uncover opportunities, and strengthen trust
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute data initiatives, align stakeholders, and expand the payments ecosystem

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services with knowledge of issuers, networks, or banking partnerships
- Proven track record of building and growing strategic relationships that drive commercial and performance outcomes
- Strong understanding of payment drivers (e.g., authorization rates, fraud, interchange)
- Skilled in negotiations and influencing cross-functional, global stakeholders
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
