Description
This is an opportunity to apply for a 12-month Partnerships Manager role and join the Partnership Management team.
The team are highly ambitious and have a growing portfolio, we’re looking for a Partnership Manager to work exclusively on our flagship, award winning partnership with Premier Inn and Restaurants (Whitbread).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver income growth, across three key audiences in the partnership; Employee, Supplier and Customer engagement.
- Plan and deliver a robust comms plan to support the varied partnership activity to engage teams across Hotels, Restaurants and Head Offices c.37,000 employees.
- Embed a tailored stewardship and recognition plan across key stakeholders on various levels, from Hotels/Restaurant teams through to Senior Leadership.
- Proactively identify and secure partnership growth opportunities across the audiences.
- Nurture and maintain existing relationships.
- Collaborate across the charity to develop creative solutions to keep partnerships feeling fresh and exciting.
- Develop pitches and proposals for new products and activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience managing a range of different partnerships stakeholder relationships and project planning.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with experience communicating with both internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working internal relationships through a matrix management framework.
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload whilst also understanding the value in long term planning.
