We are looking for a Programmatic Partnerships Manager to join our integral programmatic team and manage relationships with leading global demand partners. Build and grow strong relationships and execute business plans to drive growth and success. Represent Start.io, conduct meetings with clients and perform quarterly business reviews. Collaborate with product, engineering, data scientists and data analysts to bring market feedback and drive improvements. Own account and campaign management, including technical execution, integrations, troubleshooting, data analysis, and ongoing optimization. Track, analyse, and communicate key metrics to internal and external stakeholders and execute new growth initiatives.

Requirements 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising. Strong analytical understanding High operational skills-hands-on. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for using data to drive business results. Ability to multitask and handle various priorities; detail-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture. Actively resolving challenges with a problem-solving approach. Quick learner, self-motivated, goal-oriented team player with a ‘Can-Do attitude.’ Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal. BA/BSc degree in a relevant field Nice to have: Knowledge in the programmatic advertising landscape – DSPs, SSPs, exchanges
