Leadoo AI Partnerships Role

Partnerships are at the heart of how we grow, and at Leadoo AI, you'll be building that engine from the ground up. This is a founding partnerships role: there is no inherited portfolio, no legacy pipeline, and no playbook handed to you on day one. You will map the market, sign the first partners and build the ecosystem that becomes Leadoo AI's partner-led growth channel in the UK.

It's a multifaceted role spanning sales, business development, relationship management and account management, and the person who does it well is commercially sharp and able to show partners exactly how working with Leadoo AI drives value for their business and their clients.

As the first dedicated partnerships hire for Leadoo AI in the UK, you own everything end-to-end: identifying which agencies and consultancies to target, winning their attention, signing them, activating them and turning those relationships into consistent referral and co-sell revenue. One day you'll be running a business planning session with a partner's leadership team; the next you'll be sitting alongside sales to push a live deal over the line.

You'll be backed by a group-level partnership function - programme structure, commission framework, partner marketing support, and proven playbooks from our sister brands, but the UK partner ecosystem itself is yours to create. Your insight into the market shapes where we focus and how we grow. It's also one of the most enjoyable roles in the business. Partnerships is built on relationships, events, social activities and trust built over time. We want someone who loves that: outgoing, sociable and genuinely energised by spending time with partners.

What you will do:

Build the Partner Ecosystem from Scratch

  • Map the UK partner landscape — digital agencies, web design and development agencies, CRO and inbound marketing specialists, and consultancies whose clients need to convert more of their website traffic
  • Build and work a consistent pipeline of partner recruitment conversations — through warm channels (partners of existing customers, introductions via your own network) and direct outreach to high-potential prospects
  • Sign Leadoo's founding UK partners and establish the standard for what a great Leadoo partnership looks like

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Partner Pipeline & Activation

  • Onboard and activate newly signed partners — enablement, joint planning and structured engagement to turn relationships into active referral and co-sell activity fast
  • Drive a consistent pipeline of partner-referred and partner-influenced opportunities — referral and co-sell deals are owned and closed by the sales team, with you driving partner engagement through to conversion
  • Stay in regular contact with partners — reviews, check-ins and joint planning — to keep them engaged and active

Relationship Management

  • Build deep relationships across your partners' organisations — understanding their business model, client base and growth goals and shaping a joint success plan for each, supported by regular data-led business reviews
  • Help partners strengthen their positioning, service offerings and go-to-market motion to grow the commercial value of their practice
  • Act as your partners' advocate inside the business — coordinating Sales, Customer Success, Product and Partner Marketing to unlock opportunities and resolve issues

Go-to-Market

  • Work with Partner Marketing to build and run joint go-to-market programmes — webinars, roundtables, content, case studies — that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline
  • Represent Leadoo at relevant UK industry events and within the digital marketing and web agency community

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years in a partnerships, business development or agency-facing sales role
  • Proven experience building a partner portfolio, territory or pipeline
  • You've worked with partners serving mid-market clients and understand how those buyers evaluate and make decisions
  • Native or near-native English; excellent written and spoken communication
  • Commercially driven and comfortable with outbound — you actively create new opportunities rather than waiting for them, including cold outreach when needed
  • Strong relationship and influencing skills — you can manage several partner conversations at once and get internal teams to work with you
  • Organised and process-oriented — you use CRM well, manage your own schedule, and run your patch like a business
  • Comfortable presenting to groups when needed — from enablement sessions with partner teams to industry events
  • Comfortable working remotely with a distributed, international team
  • This role involves travel up to 25% of the time — meeting partners across the UK, supporting them on the ground, and attending industry events
