About Allica Bank

Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company - and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech.

Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.

Role Description

Finding effective ways of generating new business is critical to our continued growth. One way is through partnerships with third-parties who refer their SME clients to Allica on an ongoing basis based on mutual trust. Our Partnerships Sales Team work with trusted advisors to established SMEs, in particular their Accountants.

As Partnerships Manager, you will develop and nurture relationships with accounting firms across your region, taking a consultative, B2B sales approach. You’ll own the end-to-end client experience for Business Rewards Account clients - from generating introductions through to onboarding and funding - and coordinate with our specialist Relationship Manager (RM) team on additional lending needs. The role involves regional travel, in-person meetings and you’ll be supported by our Marketing team in running events.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage a regional portfolio of accounting firms – covering cold outbound, warm inbound, and active referrers – moving each firm through the pipeline to become a repeat new client introducer.
  • Build trust and credibility through a consultative approach, positioning Allica as the most recommended bank by accountants.
  • Grow Allica’s presence across each firm, including multiple stakeholders, colleagues and offices, through regular regional travel and in-person meetings.
  • Introduce the Business Rewards Account and other banking products to firms and their clients, owning the end-to-end onboarding, funding and account usage journey.
  • Qualify and introduce clients with lending needs (e.g. commercial mortgages) to the appropriate Relationship Manager.
  • Act as the firm’s dedicated point of contact at Allica.
  • Deliver and continuously improve our Accountants Playbook, ensuring firms are positively onboarded and become active, repeat referrers.
  • Run regional activities - lunch and learns, roundtables and various other events.
  • Equip firms with an effective Partnerships Pack, marketing materials and joint initiatives to support client identification and introduction.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio records in the CRM, tracking and reporting on progress to support quality and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely across Allica to ensure a seamless, professional experience for partners and customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
