Partnerships Manager – Fixed Term Role
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our Academic Services team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the growth of partnership provision within the registry and programme operations functions. Responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of regulations, policies and procedures to support partner-delivered provision
- Ensuring robust, compliant and efficient administration across the full student lifecycle and maintaining the integrity of student records
- Collaborating with senior colleagues to translate strategic ambitions for partnership growth into effective operational processes
- Serving as the primary partnership contact for academic administration matters
- Building strategic relationships and providing expert guidance, training, and documentation for successful delivery
- Driving continuous improvement, including:
- System and process enhancements
- Performance monitoring
- Identification and management of operational risks
About You
We are looking for a collaborative and proactive manager with substantial experience in academic administration within higher education. Key requirements:

- Strong knowledge of student lifecycle processes and partnership provision
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to lead process development
- Detail-focused, organised and confident in managing complex operations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
About the Department
The Partnerships Manager will work within the Academic Registry team under Academic Services. This team fosters an enabling academic environment, sharing expertise, building capabilities, and delivering sector-leading, user-centric processes with exceptional service delivery.
