Partnerships Manager – Data Partner Relations
Role: Data Partnerships Manager
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $110K – $220K/year
Role Overview
We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with one of our clients, seeking a Data Partnerships Manager for a full-time role. The position will focus on building and maintaining strategic data partnerships to improve platform capabilities. This role involves negotiating agreements, managing partner relationships, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, evaluate, and onboard new data partners across various industries.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including terms for data-sharing, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, and product) to align data partnerships with business and technical goals.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance while reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as:
- Data volume metrics
- Data quality standards
- Revenue impact
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards, including:
- GDPR compliance
- CCPA adherence
- Internal data policies

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Data partnerships
- Business development
- Related fields within tech or data infrastructure
- Strong skills in:
- Negotiation
- Contract management, with experience drafting and finalizing complex agreements
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Data governance
- Data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Compliance frameworks
- Ability to:
- Analyze partnership performance metrics and derive:
- Actionable insights

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Familiarity with:
- API integrations
