Role: Partnerships Manager

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Payout: $110K - $220K/yr

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Data Partnerships Manager to work on a full-time basis. The role will focus on building and maintaining strategic data partnerships to enhance platform capabilities. Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, managing partner relationships, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, evaluate, and onboard new data partners across industries.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including data-sharing terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—engineering, legal, and product—to align data partnerships with business and technical requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, reporting on KPIs such as data volume, quality, and revenue impact.
  • Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory and ethical standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and internal data policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data partnerships, business development, or a related field in tech or data infrastructure.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with experience drafting and finalizing complex agreements.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Ability to analyze partnership performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, data formats (e.g., JSON, CSV), and third-party data platforms.
