What To Expect

Lead. Grow. Transform.

We’re looking for a Scale Partnerships Manager to join us at an exciting moment in our journey. This is a newly created role within a newly formed team, giving you the opportunity to shape how we partner, grow, and deliver value to our Scale Partners.

This is a role for someone who thrives on transformation, ownership, energy, and impact — equally comfortable leading people, building relationships at senior level, and delivering against clear commercial outcomes.

As a Scale Partnerships Manager you will join us on our journey and undertake a strategic role responsible for driving revenue growth across their accounts and be responsible for managing partner relationships and delivering the growth ambitions of the business. The Scale Partnerships Manager is a critical leadership role within the Retail Network Team, responsible for the creation and delivery of commercial partner strategies, development and evolution of business process and ways of working.

Responsible for directly managing two Scale Partnerships Leads, you will role model the Post Office behaviours and demonstrate a customer first mindset. As a trusted expert to our commercial partners and internal stakeholders, you will apply advanced knowledge of B2B Account Management and transformational leadership alongside a broad knowledge of UK Retail & contract management.

How our people behave is as important to Post Office, as what is delivered. The Scale Partnerships Manager will role model the Post Office behaviours and demonstrate an Operator first mindset.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
