About IndaHash

indaHash is a global influencer marketing platform connecting brands with over 5 million creators worldwide. We help brands run scalable, data-driven influencer campaigns across multiple markets, partnering with leading global brands and agencies. Our mission is simple: make influencer marketing smarter, faster, and more effective.

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to drive growth in the UK market. This is a senior individual contributor role — you'll own your pipeline, lead client conversations, and play a key part in expanding indaHash's commercial footprint in the UK.

The ideal candidate brings solid experience in influencer marketing and a strong track record of winning new business. You know the landscape — the platforms, the players, the trends — and you're confident selling complex, data-driven solutions to brands and agencies alike. You're comfortable working independently, building relationships from scratch, and closing deals.

This is an independent contractor (B2B) engagement. You will be responsible for issuing invoices for your services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own new business development across the UK — brands, agencies, and media buyers
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline from prospecting through to close
  • Lead discovery calls, pitches, and proposal presentations with senior stakeholders
  • Develop deep relationships with clients and position indaHash as their go-to influencer marketing partner
  • Collaborate with internal strategy and campaign teams to shape solutions that meet client needs
  • Stay ahead of market trends, platform developments, and competitor activity
  • Track and report on pipeline, activity, and forecasts using CRM tools

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, with a focus on influencer marketing (essential)
  • Strong existing network across UK brands, agencies, or media — and the ability to activate it quickly
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and winning new accounts
  • Deep understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem — platforms, creator tiers, campaign mechanics, measurement
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable at senior and C-suite level
  • Commercially sharp, organised, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Self-directed and resilient — you don't need hand-holding to get things done
  • Fluent English

What Makes You Stand Out

  • You've sold influencer marketing solutions before — you understand both the sell and the delivery
  • You have existing relationships with UK brand or agency decision-makers you can bring to the table
  • You're curious about what's next in the creator economy and can speak credibly about it with clients
  • You're motivated by results, not just activity — and you know the difference
