About The Role
The Google & Android Partnerships team sits at the heart of BT Consumer's relationships with some of the world's most influential technology brands.

- Lead the planning and execution of major product launches, flagship campaigns and partner marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Build strong relationships with partner marketing teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, objectives, investment plans and measures of success.
- Manage partner marketing investment and budgets, ensuring activity delivers measurable business outcomes and return on investment.
- Work closely with commercial, product, digital, media, retail and agency teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and customer experiences.
- Monitor campaign and marketing performance, using data and insight to identify optimisation opportunities, improve effectiveness and inform future plans.
- Ensure all activity complies with partner brand guidelines, launch requirements and governance standards.
- Identify opportunities to maximise the value of partnerships through new campaigns, propositions and marketing initiatives, acting as a trusted marketing lead for the relationship.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
