Partnership Operations Specialist

Remote Full-Time (can be based anywhere worldwide)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Partnership Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day of our partnerships department. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate hotel content and rate information across GDS platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity between our systems and our hotel partners and further admin daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS, excellent data management skills, and a strong understanding of hotel room and rate mapping.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Map, maintain, and update comprehensive hotel room types, rate codes, and associated data within GDS systems for hotel partners.
  • Work hands-on with the in-house CRM system set up to configure and maintain hotel profiles, room inventories, rate plans, and rate mapping, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Receive and process updated hotel information, including room specifications, amenities, and property content, ensuring all information is accurately reflected across internal and external platforms.
  • Support the onboarding of new hotel partners by accurately configuring and validating hotel data.
  • Assist the Partnerships team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of requests.

Requirements

  • Preferably 2–4 years' experience working directly with Amadeus GDS, with strong experience mapping hotel room types, rate codes, and rate plans.
  • Good understanding of hotel distribution systems, room configurations, and hospitality terminology.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with confidence working in backend systems and data configuration environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external hotel partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications.
