Partnership Project Manager

About the Role

As a Partnership Project Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our commercial partnerships to life. Working closely with sales, creative, editorial, and production teams, you'll manage campaigns from brief through to delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience, maintaining strong project governance, and delivering work that not only exceeds expectations but also drives repeat business and long-term commercial success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial partnership campaigns for strategic clients and agencies
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, collaborating closely with Sales, Production, and Commercial Editorial teams
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee campaigns, proactively managing risks and resolving issues to ensure successful delivery
  • Champion the use of Workfront to support effective project management and collaboration
  • Produce and reconcile campaign P&Ls, ensuring agreed profit margins are achieved
  • Deliver campaigns that exceed client expectations while maintaining profitability and driving repeat business
  • Maintain accurate campaign schedules, trackers, and project documentation
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Develop a strong understanding of The Telegraph’s commercial products and platforms
  • Support the renewal and growth of commercial partnerships through outstanding campaign delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end client campaigns or commercial partnerships
  • Excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills
  • A client-first approach, with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of digital advertising, campaign delivery, and performance metrics
  • Experience working across multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Strong commercial awareness, with good numerical skills and the ability to manage budgets and profit margins
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, capable of working independently and adapting to changing priorities
  • Resilient under pressure, with a positive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset
