The Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Sales Manager to take responsibility for the generation of revenues through the acquisition of commercial partners. As well as taking an active role across the team to help nurture and develop a high performing commercial sales function at our club.

In this exciting role, you'll understand the business strategy of potential partners, initiate contact at senior levels at these organisations, and you will work collaboratively with the Senior Manager to form compelling sales arguments based on our brand’s objectives to showcase ROI and efficiency of a partnership with us.

Who we are

We are one of the most famous clubs in world football, with a rich heritage and history of success – read more about our history, here.

Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. We have a very defined purpose: to act for a winning team, culture and community. We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

We are committed to ensuring that our environments for children, young people and adults at risk remain safe and inclusive. We therefore require successful candidates to complete a DBS check and other essential background checks prior to starting their employment. Depending on the responsibilities of the role, a DBS will be either a basic, standard, or enhanced check.

Your day-to-day

  • Shape partnership strategy - you'll work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to identify target categories and territories, maximise commercial opportunities, and contribute to the wider Partnerships strategy
  • Develop tailored proposals - you will create bespoke partnership packages by collaborating with teams across Marketing, Ticketing, Hospitality and other areas of our club
  • Drive new business growth - you'll secure revenue-generating partnership deals that align with the club's brand, values and strategic objectives
  • Manage and grow sales opportunities - you will proactively manage your sales pipeline, identify new prospects, and apply best practice to maximise sales performance
  • Build senior stakeholder relationships - you'll develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, using market and industry insight to create meaningful opportunities
  • Deliver compelling partnership presentations - you will present and showcase the club's offering and host prospective partners at matches to bring opportunities to life
  • Lead negotiations and close deals - you'll negotiate commercial terms and work with the Senior Sales Manager and Legal team to successfully conclude partnership agreements
  • Support long-term partnership success - you will ensure smooth handovers to Partner Services and play a key role in renewal discussions to maximise partner value and retention

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
